Bachelor of Arts from University of Central Florida, with Early Childhood Studies at Rollins College. Certified to teach grades K-6. A member of St. Mary Magdalen Parish since 1960 and teaching at SMM School since 1983.
Mrs. Beleckas, Kindergarten math
Graduated from the Florida State University with a BS in Marketing and from University of Central Florida with a master’s degree in Elementary Education. Certified in Elementary Education K-6. Has been teaching at SMMCS since 2003 and has been a St. Mary Magdalen parishioner for over 30 years.
mRs. HEISKELL, Grade 1
Bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with Concentrations in Psychology and Marketing from Keiser University. Certified in Early Elementary Education and currently teaching First Grade at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic School.
mrs. Alejandra arias, Grade 1
Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Rollins College. Certified to teach K-6. Joined SMMCS in 2020.
Mrs. O’Malley, Grade 2
Holds a Masters Degree in Reading Education from UCF and a Bachelors of Science from USF in Elementary Education. Certified in Elementary Education, grades 1 - 6 and Reading, K -12. Taught primary grades in the Diocese of Orlando for 21 years. Also taught in Orange and Seminole Counties and has worked with UCF and Valencia College students. Graduate of St. Charles and Bishop Moore Catholic High School. Joined SMM in 2024.
mrs. Yachabach, Grade 2
Graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Business Management. Education Certification PreK through Grade 3 through Santa Fe College in Gainesville, FL. ESOL certified and Reading K-12 certified. Began teaching in 2012. Taught kindergarten and first grade in Alachua County.
